What services does Get Me Pampered offer?

We provide massage, facials, hair, make-up, tanning, nails, waxing, lashes and more. We provide our services on a mobile basis and our professionals come to your location with all the products and equipment that they need for the services that you book so that you can easily receive your treatments in the comfort of your home.

Can I choose my therapist?

Yes, you can choose your therapist! When you’ve chosen your therapist, you’ll see what their weekly availability is so you can select a date and time that works the best for you. 

How do I book a service?

On our website getmepampered.com you can search for the service that you would like to book and for your preferred date and time. Therapists available as per your search will appear. You can then click on the therapists profiles and view the services that they offer and book by selecting a date and time by the availability shown and putting your card payment information to make a booking request. Your booking request will then go to the therapist and they can confirm it by accepting it. You will receive a confirmation email detailing your booking details. Your card will only be charged if the therapist accepts the booking request.

Can we book for a couples massage or a massage for two?

Excellent, to book for either of these for two therapists at the same time you simply need to book with two therapists for this service at the same date and time. This means two therapists can arrive to you at the same time to provide this service in the comfort of your home!.

Can I make a group booking?

Yes, absolutely. If you would like to book with one therapist for back to back treatments you can simply indicate the number of guests the booking is for at the time of making the booking on your selected therapist’s profile. If you would like more than one therapist for a group booking please contact us so we can help you as per your preferred date and time by contacting us here.

Can I buy a treatment as a gift?

Yes!, everyone loves to be pampered. To buy a booking as a gift you can indicate on the booking form the name and address and any relevant details for the booking at the time of making the booking. You can then let the person know that you have booked for that they can look forward to the booking and being pampered at home.

When and where can I request service?

Get Me Pampered hours of service operation for mobile bookings is between 06:00 – 23:00. We are serving all London areas from Zone 1 to 5. 

Do you offer wellbeing services for our employees?

Yes! absolutely, we provide employee wellbeing services, to find out more and book please contact us here.

What is your cancellation policy?

You can let us know your cancellation 24 hours before the service time to receive a full refund. If you let us know less than 24 hours then we are unable to refund your payment.

How do I cancel a booking?

Please cancel your service with just a click on your booking. You can also contact us hereIf you cancel with less than 24-hour notice we will not offer a refund. 

When does your Customer Support team operate?

We’re online from 09:00-20:00 Monday-Friday and 10:00-18:00 Saturday-Sunday.
