James studied at the Richdales Institute based in Hammersmith Hospital and at the Bodyharmonics Centre in Cheltenham. He holds a diploma in Holistic massage, Indonesian massage, acupuncture and Tui Na. Previously a professional dancer after having trained for three years at the Arts Educational School, James has an intrinsic understanding of the effect stress can have on the body and mind and the benefits that massage therapy can bring.
James became a massage therapist because…
he originally wanted to pursue a career as a dancer after training for 3 years full time at The Arts Educational Schools, however that was cut short due to a lower back injury which required surgery.
James’ general interest in health, fitness, and well-being eventually lead him to shift his attention on to hands on therapies.
